What are your eligibility requirements?
They’re simple and designed to meet the needs of what our users are seeking. A profile may be created for a program if it (1) requires at least 20 hours of course work, (2) can take a person from novice to hirable in a specific career, (3) does not require a degree or credential to start, and (4) is available to New Orleanians.
How do I join WhereWeGo?
Book an onboarding session with Leah to share what your organization’s goals are and what sorts of users you hope to attract, and we’ll get your profile live and recruiting within 1 day.
How do you get your results?
We use strategic partnerships, high school visits and relationships, digital media advertising, and event collaborations to get the word out about WhereWeGo. We are the #1 choice for local career counselors and advisors for getting the word out about Career Training Programs. We also built WhereWeGo with the help of over 100 real users and community members. That’s why our users can go from total novice to choosing to connect in under 10 minutes, all from their phone.
We’ve had a staffing change, how do I change ownership of our program profiles?
This happens! Let Leah know at Leah@wherewego.org and we’ll change your credentials. Or, you can create a new Admin directly from your Dashboard.
What results will I gain?
Our users view program profiles, add them to their list of favorites, and choose to “connect” when they are interested. For each program profile you have, Members will also learn their number of page views, number of connections, how many users added you to their list, and the contact information and interests of your leads. Over 90% of programs get viable, well-matched potential applicants.
We’re not on track to meet our enrollment goals, how do I accelerate our results?
If you have a WhereWeGo Membership ($490/year), you can request promotions to help you hit your enrollment targets. We’ll target users who will be interested in your program through our email, SMS, social media, and in-person ground game at job fairs and school visits all year round.
